Today we had tickets for the Rockies game at 1:00 p.m. so we went early by bus--we knew better than to try to drive--to see what was going on in preparation for the Demoratic National Convention which begins tomorrow. We had been told that MSNBC was setting up by Union Station so we went there first.
The two-story TV sets that alternated shows.
This was Sunday morning. When we dropped by after the game, people were everywhere waiting for the broadcast to begin in two hours. We walked down 16th street mall, had a jamba juice and took the bus home.

I was so proud of our city. It is such a great place to live and I loved sharing it, even vicariously, with the world. Go Obama!!!! We need some sanity--and intelligence--in this crazy world.
